generation gap

A generation gap refers to the chasm that separates the beliefs and behaviors belonging to members of two different generations. More specifically, a generation gap can be used to describe the differences in thoughts, actions, and tastes exhibited by members of younger generations versus older ones.

With Tabling A Conversation, I navigate the duality in meaning of the word “table”. In a physical manner, the table is a functional furniture. When used in verbalisation, “to table” refers to presenting a question, or formatting a motion.

A blue tape keeps the tables together to reach a point of conversing, yet the tables face different directions. A table made of wood, and a table made of plastic, is still a table.

Individuals are just rigid that way.
